Sculpt is a Reformer Pilates and Wellness Studio based within the heart of Dronfield.
The studio is a gorgeous open space that provides calm and tranquility to allow mind and body connection which is essential when practicing Pilates. Sculpt offers 1:1 private sessions and group sessions of up to 6 people as well as monthly wellness workshops with varying themes to appeal to all.
We have an amazing team to support you through your sessions and achieve your goals. All staff members are trained to the highest standard within Reformer Pilates. The studio has six beautiful maplewood reformers available to support you through your journey. Grip socks are required when using the Reformer to ensure your safety, you are welcome to bring your own or we have them available to purchase in the studio.

Meet Paige
Paige is the founder of Sculpt, a wife, Mum to four children and a registered nurse. Paige has been practicing pilates for many years to support her rehabilitation and management of symptoms relating to her health condition of Rheumatoid Arthritis. Her love of pilates and experiencing the benefits first hand inspired her to train and qualify as an instructor so she can equally support others to experience the same. Paige was driven to open Sculpt and her goal was to create an inclusive community through reformer pilates classes but also through incorporating regular wellness events on themes lead by you.
Meet Rachel
Rachel is a mum of two daughters, a partner and has worked within IT for over 20 years. Rachel loves everything about reformer pilates and her passion has led her to complete her instructor training in which she is currently finalizing. Rachel will be teaching classes in the new year commencing in January however you will often see her in the studio.
