Strong mums, happy babies 🤍✨

Our Mum & Baby Reformer Pilates classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body after birth while keeping your little one close by.

Benefits include:
• Rebuilding core & pelvic floor strength
• Improving posture & mobility
• Boosting energy and confidence
• Creating time for YOU without needing childcare
• Meeting other local mums in the same season of life 🫶

Because movement feels even better when babies are welcome too 🤍

You’ll find our ‘baby & me’ classes at our Halfway studio on Mondays at 10:30am and our Dronfield Studio on Thursdays at 10:30am.
What’s included:
* a minimum of 30 minutes reformer Pilates class (we try to squeeze more in if the babies are all settled 🙊)
* a complimentary tea/coffee from @myacai.uk or @blend.coffeee
* a social with other like minded mums from the community

To celebrate new classes coming to the schedule with our fabulous @_paulates_ (how lucky are we to have her more😍) we have decided to make the first ones FREE tasters for new clients only!

This coming Tuesday 12th May we are offering free FULL 50 minute taster classes to those who have always wanted to give reformer Pilates a try. We promise reformer Pilates is for EVERYONE and this is the most welcoming and supportive space!

From Tuesday 19th May these sessions will also be regular on the timetable for everyone!
