Because Pilates isn’t just about stretching, flexibility or doing a few slow movements on a mat or reformer.

It is such a good addition to your strength training especially if you want to feel strong AND good in your body.

Enjoy a 50 minute infrared heated vinyasa flow taught by our amazing instructor Cat, if you haven’t been to one of her classes you need to! You’ll leave feeling strengthened and lifted before heading into a wine tasting session.

For this months wine club we have a Spanish theme🇪🇸

With two wines to try from the Rioja region, both a white and a red. The white Rioja is a dry white from the Viura grape in the Rioja region whilst the red Rioja is a full bodied fruity red wine with a balance of oak and spice derived from Tempranillo grape.
