We offer a range of classes to suit every experience level, from those just starting out to seasoned Pilates lovers. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, we have a class that’s right for you.
1.Baby and Me
Looking to regain your strength post partum and bring your little one along for the ride?
This is the class for you! Enjoy a 30 minute reformer pilates class and 30 minutes tea/coffee and social with other like minded mums and babies. Babies are welcome to attend up to crawling age (6 months old), they will be required to be in their carry car seat or wriggle mats are available.
2. Foundation
New to reformer pilates? Then this is the class for you!
Learn the fundamentals in which underpin reformer pilates in a supportive environment with hands on guidance. We welcome anyone to come and give the foundation class a go as all exercises can be tailored to suit all individual needs. We recommend attending four foundation classes as a minimum before booking any other classes to ensure your safety.
3. Sculpt and Flow
A dynamic class to challenge your whole body through a flow of movements.
The class focuses on building strength, control and precision into your movements. Previous experience in reformer pilates is essential to attending this class.
4. Breathe and Stretch
A relaxing class working on mind-body connection and connecting your breath to your movement.
The class will focus on stretching movements to improve flexibility, balance and strength.
5. Jitterbug
This fast paced jumpboard class will be sure to challenge you.
A contemporary take of pilates based exercises using a jumpboard accessory to provide a cardiovascular element to the class.
