☀️ SUMMER SCHEDULE CHANGES ☀️

During the summer period we have made some temporary changes to our schedule. Naturally this is a quieter time of the year with many of you busy creating precious memories with your loved ones and going on holidays.

Whilst we still recognise many of you want to stay consistent with your Pilates practice and this is what we want to encourage outside of time with loved ones and holidays. Movement makes for a healthy mind and body to tackle the business of the summer period.

We would recommend reviewing the schedule at your earliest convenience and plan ahead with booking onto classes where times suit your availability.

Please note: both studios will also be closed from 17th - 21st August to give our instructors a well deserved rest and reset 🫶🏼

Welcome to Sculpts very own yoga wine club!

A 50 minute infrared heated vinyasa flow followed by wine tasting and a social.

This one is a French sparkling Cremant de Loire to go with the summer season of al fresco dining. Crémant de Loire is a vibrant, refreshing French sparkling wine made using the traditional Champagne method. It boasts fine, delicate bubbles with bright acidity and a palate-cleansing finish.

What is not to love?!

Welcome to the team Dayle 🤍

We are thrilled to have Dayle as part of the team here at Sculpt! She is not only a trained Pilates instructor but also a yoga teacher so has a wealth of knowledge in how the body moves. Dayle is a friendly face who ensures you feel welcomed and supported throughout the class.

Dayle will be our regular cover for classes at the studio so if you see her name be sure to give her classes a try for yourself!

🌳 Move of the Month: The Tree 🌳

This month we’re focusing on The Tree; a beautiful movement that challenges balance, flexibility and control while building strength from the inside out. Think stability, length and precision.

Why we LOVE The Tree:
• Improves balance, coordination and body awareness

•Encourages that two-way stretch of reaching your leg away whilst grounding your hips

• Strengthens the deep core muscles (think powerhouse fully activated)

• Increases hamstring flexibility and hip mobility

• Encourages spinal articulation and mobility

• Builds focus, control and confidence in movement, it’s definitely a concentration needed move!

When performed with control and breath, The Tree is a wonderful exercise for improving stability while creating length through the body. It reminds us that strong foundations allow us to move with confidence and ease.

In class this month we’ll explore different variations on the reformer to help you feel stronger, more balanced and rooted with every Tree. 🌿✨
